I also can move a lot further away from SF to get a better close up of the strip and LS as there is quite a large area in Bone County where you can see all 3. But seriously go watch youtube on San Andreas with maximum draw distance graphical mods.

And finally due to graphical limitations the draw distance is very limited compared to the draw distance in GTA V giving the illusion the map is bigger because you cant see just how close areas are to each other.
